College Skyline Center
We have options!
Find the therapist that best fits your needs…
All of our clinicians are considered generalists and have a vast array of therapy techniques to individualize your treatment. At this time, our facility does not handle medication management or prescribe medication. For more information and a list of services offered, click below.
We provide services for patients of all ages. We can help with anything from evaluating children who might have ADHD to helping your family with therapy, including counseling and psychological evaluations for patients of all needs.
Our waiting room features a place for children to play. We have shelves full of books and magazines for children and adults as well as a vending machine for snacks.
Your confidentiality is our number one concern. Everything you say to a therapist is protected by law and is kept strictly confidential. Information about your counseling is released to others only after you sign a release form. An exception to this is when your life is in danger or some illegal activity is involved, such as child abuse or neglect.
On May 27, 2021, College Skyline Center, LLC detected evidence of a “technical breach” of data on a Network Attached Storage device. The breach was determined to be through use of ransomware that creates password-protected 7z “zip file” archives and moves files into them, demanding payment in bitcoin to receive the password. The storage device was immediately unplugged. An IT professional found no evidence of the information on the device having been copied or taken, but rather the information being simply “blocked” from our access.
By law, we must notify patients of the types of personal information that were technically breached, which included: clinical, demographic, identification card, social security number, and insurance information.
A professional IT service was able to recover some of the data in collaboration with the maker of the storage device/software and remove all trace of the technical breach. The storage device was made secure and security efforts/methods/devices were improved to prevent another breach occurrence.
To see if your clinical, demographic, identification, and insurance information was possibly affected, stolen, and/or used without your knowledge, we recommend you review your credit report(s) or contact any/all of the following credit bureaus: Equifax: 1-888-548-7878; TransUnion: 1-800-916-8800; or Experian: 1-800-493-1058. You can also contact the Social Security Administration’s fraud hotline at 1-800-269-0721. Finally, you can call our office at 417-782-1443 with any questions.
